A new method of fat removal – Liposoft
Liposuction is the most widely used surgical procedure in the US, and the the UK. Note that while the practice has been honed throughout some time, dangers continue to remain.
These days a gentler adaptation of liposuction has been developed and is becoming accepted. It’s referred to as Liposoft, and includes several plusses over the former method. Firstly, the procedure doesn’t require a general anaesthetic, meaning a quicker recovery.
Liposoft is the recent progression in cosmetic surgery and is a gentler variety of liposuction. Liposuction is the most common and most favored cosmetic operations at present. It is a surgical method of taking out fat from areas of the human body, in most cases the belly, love handles and thighs.
In standard liposuction, a large amount of fluid is injected into the area to soften fat deposits for removal. This practice is named infiltration and can take up to an hour. The following phase is contouring, in which a tool called a cannula is inserted below the skin to break up fat deposits and suck it out of the body. This can harm the material adjacent the area getting dealt with. After the procedure, any excess solution has got to drain, a process which could take up to three days.
With Liposoft, however, the area is infiltrated with a solution containing adrenaline (which minimises bleeding) and a topical anaesthetic, employing a specially designed water jet. This gets rid of the need for a general anaesthetic and enables the individual to remain awake during the process. A thin jet of water safely displaces the fat cells where they are quickly suctioned out without being required to yank them out.
This means not as much effort is required by the doctor, which also minimizes any damage to nearby parts. During the surgery, the specialist can shift the patient when needed, and can have them to stand up so they can determine the results. A lot less solution is required, the surgery is speedier, and most of the solution drains away from the body before the individual leaves the surgical practice.
Due to the nature of the technique, recovery is speedier. The recommendation for care after the process is comparable to standard liposuction, which includes a compression garment being used for four weeks.
