Good times to wash your face include morning and night, and when your face is particularly hot or sweaty, such as after exercise. This is because when you are hot, your pores expand which means, coupled with the presence of sweat, dirt is more easily caught in them. If you wear makeup, it is especially important to wash your face before and after so that no dirt is rubbed into the pores, which is then blocked by the makeup.</p>
